Displaying Staff Members

Groups and Views

Custom views display lists of staff members sorted by various criteria, such as by Group. For example, a staff member with the "Administration" Group selected will automatically show on any view set to display administrators. Here is an example of two staff members who are automatically displayed based on their membership in the "Administration" group.

Groups are assigned to a staff member when the record is created and can be changed at any time afterwards.

Existing groups can be renamed and new groups added as needed.
